Here you will find a list of our Frequently Asked Questions.  If you can't find an answer to your question please feel free to contact us.  We will do our best to reply to you within 48 hours.

1.      Will my insurance cover the costs of surgery in another country?

This is something you will need to discuss with your insurance company, in most cases insurance companies prefer it or might even suggest it.

2.      Is it safe to have surgery in these other countries?

In most cases your doctor will be able to assist you with these questions as you will first need to speak to the doctors in the other country to see if they can offer you the needed surgery, once you have found a doctor or hospital your doctor will need to speak to the doctor or doctors in the other country.  We do not check the doctors or hospitals that advertise on our portal we merely bring you in contact with them.  You should conduct your own research about the facility you will be visiting for any surgery just as you would back home.

3.      I don't have medical insurance can I still go to another country for a procedure?

Yes, it could cost you a lot less than it would in your country.  Look for the different services available and choose the best on for you.

4.      I am a doctor and would like to write some articles for your site, how can I do this?

We welcome content for our site, please contact our site admin and they will be able to discuss all the details with you.

5.      Can I sell my articles or publications on your site?

Yes this is possible, please contact our sales staff to discuss options with you.

6.      I have a medical problem, who can I speak with to get some help?

We are not a medical facility, we do not offer medical or any other medically related advice or services, you can search through our directory to find doctors of facilities in your field of need and contact them directly, you can also consult with your local doctor for more advice about the problem.
